Shipping Rates and PoliciesSales Tax – We do not charge any sales tax because we are located in the state of Oregon, which has no sales tax.
Payment – We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, US Postal Money Order and Pay Pal payment.
Secure Ordering – Shopping at AActive Sport Sunglasses is very safe. All of your personal information is encrypted with one of the best software programs available in the industry for secure commerce transactions.
Shipping – Your order is usually shipped within two to three business days. Cost is between $9 and $12, per pair of glasses. There are no shipping costs for orders over $100. UPS ground is the normal method used. You have the option to pay for faster shipping; simply notify us with your purchase order. UPS, 2nd day air is $17.35, UPS overnight shipping is $21.75 per pair. Your order will not be processed until we receive complete payment. Shipments made only within the U.S.A.
Returns – Each manufacture has there own return policy, but in every case there is a 15% return/restocking charge.
Warranties – Manufacture’s each state their own policy (see manufacture warranty policy under that manufacture’s section).
Privacy Policy – We protect the privacy of our customers. We share only the data necessary for validation of credit card transactions, verification of identity, shipping and billing addresses and obtainment of payment.
Database – We currently maintain a list of our customers, for our own use only. We do not sell our information.
